Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website wolfrepaircentennial.com or engaging the appliance repair services provided by Centennial Wolf Repair ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
Description of Services
Centennial Wolf Repair provides independent, third-party appliance repair services specializing in Wolf and other premium cooking and kitchen appliances. Our service area includes Centennial, Colorado and surrounding communities in the south Denver metro region. Services include diagnostic inspections, component repair, parts replacement, altitude calibration, and preventive maintenance.
We are not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by Wolf Appliance, Inc., Sub-Zero Group, Inc., or any other appliance manufacturer. Manufacturer names appear on this website solely for product identification purposes. All trademarks, trade names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointment times are provided as estimated windows. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, prior appointments running longer than expected, emergency situations) may occasionally cause delays. We will communicate proactively if your appointment time needs to be adjusted.
Same-day service is offered on an availability basis and cannot be guaranteed for every request. Scheduling priority may be influenced by location, time of request, and technician availability.
Diagnostic Fees and Pricing
A diagnostic fee is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's travel to your location and a thorough inspection of the appliance. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied as a credit toward the total repair cost.
After diagnosis, you will receive an itemized written quote specifying parts and labor costs. You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair. If you decline the repair, only the diagnostic fee applies. Repair work will not begin until you have approved the quoted price.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the diagnostic visit unless otherwise stated. Parts prices are subject to change based on supplier availability.
Parts and Components
We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and manufacturer-recommended replacement parts in our repairs. In rare cases where an OEM part is discontinued or unavailable, we may recommend a manufacturer-approved equivalent that meets the same specifications. Any substitution will be discussed with you before installation.
Parts warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms. We will assist you with warranty claims when applicable but cannot guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage for parts installed by an independent service provider.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the repair service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Returned payments or disputed charges may incur additional processing fees as permitted by applicable law.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for labor and parts will be provided in writing with your repair invoice. Warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated components or pre-existing conditions.
Warranties may be voided if the appliance is tampered with, modified, or serviced by another party after our repair, or if the appliance is used in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centennial Wolf Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific repair in question.
We are not responsible for pre-existing appliance conditions, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by power surges, water damage, improper installation, or other factors outside our control.
Customer Responsibilities
By requesting our services, you agree to:
